What might happen if you embraced your true worth and stepped into a life filled with limitless possibilities?
You give everything to everyone else, you are highly ambitious and deep down, you know something is missing.
You are strong, capable and successful on paper, yet you feel disconnected from the woman you once were.
You have mastered the art of holding it all together.
From the outside, it looks like you have life figured out.
Inside, you feel tired of overthinking, tired of people pleasing, tired of carrying it all.
You want more.
More peace. More confidence. More you.
Imagine This!
Imagine waking up with energy that feels alive again.
Making decisions without second guessing yourself.
Feeling calm, confident and clear with no guilt, no chaos, no constant self-doubt.
That is the shift waiting for you when you stop trying to fix everything on the surface and start working at the root.
I guide women rebuild confidence, calm and clarity so they can feel like themselves again.
I support women through my Inner Recode Method™, a process that blends Mindset Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Change Techniques (ECT) and Therapeutic Hypnosis.
This method helps you:
It is not about thinking positive.
It is about permanently changing how you think, feel and respond so calm, clarity and confidence become your new baseline.
When this is what you want....

12-Weeks to rewrite your story. Reclaim your power. Reimagine your life.

6-Weeks to break free from what’s been holding you back and step into who you’re meant to be.

A powerful, non-invasive way to achieve effective results, because the subconscious holds the key to your freedom.

I was facing a challenging situation. I was consumed with indecision and unhappy. I wanted to change the direction of my life, but I had no idea how and I was terrified to take the first step. Along came Chandni - she looked me in the eye and calmly said “I can help you.” Over the next 6-weeks, Chandni helped me overcome my limiting beliefs, she helped to keep me calm in a stressful period of life and she always made me look at the positives; to focus my energy on the things that mattered and on the things that would positively impact my future. I look back now and can’t believe how far I have come in just six weeks. Thank you Chandni for believing in me, for backing me and for keeping me accountable!
Before I started coaching, I felt completely stuck in my creative practice and had lost my sense of direction. Professionally, I was struggling to focus on delivering quality work and was in need of a shift. I reached out to Chandni as I was reading her emails and following her activity on LinkedIn. During our clarity call, Chandni's genuine curiosity and confidence inspired me to leap into coaching with her.
Despite having never previously worked with a coach, I was ready for encouragement and those well-positioned questions that make you think. From our very first session, I knew I had made the right choice. I was both nervous and motivated, wondering if I could truly give my all to the process. Yet, I left that session feeling committed to making things happen.
The most profound shift has been in my approach to tasks. Instead of endlessly planning and overthinking, I’m now taking actionable steps toward my goals. This change has been transformative, for my career and also for my inner world. I’ve moved from a place of thinking to doing.
What stands out the most is how Chandni listened to me, truly making me feel heard. That allowed me to clearly identify and vocalise my own challenges. Our sessions have been challenging, gear-shifting and clarifying. I am so grateful to have taken this step.

I love that my name means moonlight (in Hindi). If you're wondering how to say it, it's pronounced exactly the way it's spelt - Chandni. I have heard so many different versions of it over the years and by far the funniest was being called Champagne all day.
I am a coffee-drinking, happily married, fun-loving mum of 2 kids in junior school and a fur baby. I love to celebrate everything as I believe life is too short not to. I love buying and receiving gifts all the same. I don’t enjoy cooking much; however, I do love to eat and experiment with new cuisines and foods. If there’s a new local restaurant and a babysitter available, you'll find me there trying it out. So, if you have any great recommendations for local restaurants (new or old) at the Sunshine Coast, send them my way.
Other than being a mum and a foodie, I'm an internationally certified Mindset coach, a Master Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, Master Emotional Change Technique (ECT) practitioner and Modern Therapeutic Hypnosis practitioner. I have over 19 years of experience in HR and the financial industry. I've held varying roles during my career ranging from learning and development to leadership and project management. You can find my more impressive corporate bio on LinkedIn.
Imagine having unwavering confidence and knowing your exact self-worth, boosting your self-esteem to knowing exactly who you are and what you’re capable of!
With my guidance this is what you can achieve.
I grew up in India and witnessed firsthand the suppression of women. At an early age I knew I wanted to support and empower women to be fiercely independent so they can take care of themselves and their families.
When I was only a teenager, I lost my mum and was devastated. Through this profound loss, I experienced the layers and depths of grief while navigating the challenges of life without a mum. That was until I did the work on myself to release the grief, guilt, anger and sadness I carried around with me for decades.
Soon after losing my mum, I made a decision to move to Australia to study. And while living on the university campus, I was surrounded by 100's of national and international students, which helped me to integrate into the Australian way of life. I was very privileged to have been exposed to this perfect mix of cultures.
When I became a mother for the first time, I had little to no family support around me, and being a mum without a "mum" was hard. So, I get the struggles of feeling alone and overwhelmed while raising little ones and being a highly ambitious woman. I empathise deeply with the pain and challenges mums and especially highly ambitions women face, and I'm committed to guiding you towards a more empowered, joyful life.
These experiences have helped to shape my deep desire to help ambitious women find their strength and voice and was my guiding factor in becoming a mindset coach. My unique cultural experience and personal journey through working on healing my own trauma makes me passionate about helping women live their best lives.
And a fun fact, I always go for India in an India vs Australia cricket match (even though I’m not a huge follower of the sport) which triggers my husband a bit.
I think it’s good to have a bit of fun competition in a relationship.
In Australia, I now call the Sunshine Coast home.
